Balloons by Beth

It all began when I wanted to do something special for my daughter's 16th birthday;  what better way to decorate her special day than with balloons.  And it all "ballooned" from there! (Pun intended)

It inspired me to decorate and make others feel special on their momentous occasion.  So I've been on a mission to create balloon arrangements unique to the celebrant's needs and desires.
